Role and Missions - What you will doAs the Director of Finance, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, leading a team to optimize financial performance and drive business success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Providing insightful financial analysis to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Leading financial reporting and communication to stakeholders, including shareholders and banking partners.
- Driving cost management initiatives and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Building a high-performing finance team to support the growth of the business.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in finance, with a focus on strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis, preferably in the tech or gaming sectors.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop finance teams.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
