Cette solution est notamment destinée à des clients ayant de belles problématiques côté Data & Tech.
Dotée d'une forte culture Produit Tech & Data elle recherche un(e) Technical Solution Engineer afin de pouvoir intégrer et implémenter sa solution technique chez ses clients.
Vous serez rattaché directement au VP Tech et en collaboration avec les équipes Tech, Produit & Sales.
Le rôle :
- Piloter les projets d'implémentation de la techno / solution chez les clients pour garantir des mises en place de qualité.
- Traduire des besoins métiers en besoins techniques clairs et interpréter des problématiques pointues en langage accessible à des profils techniques et non techniques.
- Travailler sur des problématiques d'implémentation, d'intégration, de déploiement et d'évolution technique de cette solution SaaS
- Encadrement et accompagnement de profil de l'équipe
- Former les clients aux bons usages de la solution / plateforme.
- Qualifier et traiter les demandes d'évolutions des clients, seul ou en coordination avec l'équipe Tech.
- Avoir un rôle hybride entre l'accompagnement client et travailler sur des problématiques produit et technique.
- Travailler avec l'équipe Produits et Business pour enrichir la Roadmap, améliorer le produit quotidiennement
- Faire évoluer les processus, rédiger et actualiser les documentations techniques.
Le profil :
- Diplômé(e) d'une formation d'ingénieur
- Vous avez une première expérience en tant que Développeur / Chef de projet Technique
- Vous maîtrisez un langage de programmation (Node.js, Python, Typescript...)
- Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des problématiques d'implémentation produit ou sur des projets techniques avec des clients.
- Vous êtes à l'aise sur la compréhension de sujets techniques complexes.
- Vous avez une appétence pour le produit.
