Join the Paris team of a top Telecommunication Infrastructure Company as a Real Estate Legal Counsel. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual Real Estate lawyer to join a multinational company going through rapid growth across Europe.

Join an exceptional legal team and provide comprehensive legal support to various business areas, including Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial, Finance, Lease Administration, and Asset Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft commercial real estate agreements (usufruct, lease, purchase, etc) and establish the conditions agreed with the different parties ensuring they comply with the Compliance guidelines
  • Serves as a liaison with external lawyers
  • Performs and coordinates notarial and registry procedures,
  • Exercise other duties or functions as required in the capacity of Legal Counsel to the company.

The ideal candidate:

  • A qualified French Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years relative post-qualified experience within a Real Estate team of a commercial law firm or in-house legal team
  • Bilingual (French and English fluent)
  • Knowledge of local regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Availability to respond to extemporaneous and extraordinary requests,
  • Ability to work under pressure.
