The Role :
We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit to lead our Polish subsidiary based in WARSAW. This is an opportunity for a pragmatic & agile leader to join a fast-growing company and lead a passionate team. The ideal candidate will have dual French / Polish citizenship with a multicultural background, capable of adapting to a French dynamicorganisation.
As Poland Country Manager :
You will be in charge of growing Caudalie on your territory, building sustainable business models and healthy distribution networks. You will create omni-channel integrated seamless customer experiences and services to build up a strong community of fans. You will inspire, manage and support your team by being approachable, pragmatic, simple and operational. You will embody our entrepreneurial values and spirit, based on multitasking, agility, empowerment & ownership.
Your pillars :
- Hire & grow passionate & talented people, compatible with our entrepreneurial spirit
- Grow our distribution network & invest in brand awareness to increase our visibility
- Offer our customers seamless omni-channel experiences through digital initiatives & in store events
- Create a community of fans through our loyalty plans & social media activations
- Operate your business in a cost-effective way, enforce cost control & look for savings at all times
Qualifications :
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multi-task, strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
- Proven leadership, sales or marketing experience, preferably in the cosmetics.
- Fluent in Polish and English; French is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for business development and team management.
Road map :
Start with a 3 months onboarding in Paris. You will learn about Caudalie brand values, master our product & sales techniques, understand the pillars of our unforgettable customer experience.
You will also understand our organization, our working method and create a relationship with key people in our head-office.
Afterwards, youll join our Polish office.
