Vous rejoindrez l'une des plus grandes marketplace immobilière au monde et une filiale d'Axel Springer. Notre mission est de permettre à chacun de trouver un logement idéal Vous travaillerez ainsi sur certaines des marques immobilières numériques les plus connues d'Europe, notamment : Meilleurs Agents, Groupe SeLoger, Immoweb, Immowelt, Housell, Yad2.

Description du poste

Au sein de la Direction marketing du Groupe Aviv France (Groupe SeLoger + Meilleurs Agents) et sous la responsabilité de la directrice de la stratégie commerciale, vous aurez pour objectif de développer la croissance du marché de l'immobilier de luxe et de l'immobilier d'entreprise dans le cadre d'un CDD de 12 mois.
En véritable chef d'orchestre, vous définissez et mettez en œuvre la stratégie et le plan marketing sur un marché à fort potentiel, en collaboration avec les équipes Sales / Produit / IT.Vous êtes le véritable référent de vos marchés :

Vous suivez et maîtrisez les évolutions du segment ainsi que les tendances immobilières et digitales, par la mise en place d’une véritable stratégie de benchmarking.
Vous mettez en place des plans d’actions avec les services Brand, RP et performance marketing en vue d’action d’acquisition et de fidélisation de l’audience de nos sites.
Vous développez la notoriété du segment en externe par la prise de parole RP ou lors d’Event.
Vous représentez le segment en interne lors de meetings stratégiques.

Vous accompagnez les équipes commerciales dans la croissance du chiffre d’affaires:

Analysez les besoins de nos partenaires afin d’optimiser la détection d’opportunités de monétisation.
Vous définissez et mettez en place la stratégie marketing du segment par la conception d’offres, stratégie de lancement, Go-to-Market, suivi des KPIs).
Vous optimisez nos parcours clients grâce à la mise en place d’un marketing relationnel fort. (Parcours emailing, présence sur des événements externes).

Vous coordonnez et animez l’avancement des projets avec les différents services (commerce, produit, finance et juridique)

Qualifications

De formation supérieure avec spécialisation en marketing (école de commerce ou université de premier rang), vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de 8 ans minimum en tant que chef.fe de marché dans le secteur de la tech ou des nouvelles technologies.
Rigoureux.se et doté.e d’un sens de l’analyse attesté, vous savez convaincre vos interlocuteurs.
Un.e véritable coordinateur.rice, vous êtes autonome, pédagogue, avez la capacité à travailler en équipe et à fédérer les différents services et acteurs autour des projets.
Vous disposez d’une bonne culture business, vous aimez et savez négocier, et êtes orienté.e résultats.
Votre curiosité, votre créativité et votre sensibilité au secteur de la tech vous permettront d’être force de proposition et de vous épanouir pleinement dans cette fonction.
Une bonne maîtrise des chiffres et d’Excel est indispensable pour réussir dans cette mission.
