Vendôm offers you a magnificent opportunity as a Director of Operations at a prestigious private domain in the Centre-Val de Loire region.
Missions :
As the Director of Operations, you will oversee the management of all operations (including the residential part, food & beverage facilities, recreational activities), ensure that services offered adhere to the highest standards and guidelines.
You will be responsible for the overall P&L results of the operating departments to create and implement strategies to increase revenues, manage costs, and enhance overall performance.
You will serve as a key interface with the General Management, and when required be able to work closely with the ownership of the domain.
Profile :
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of work experience, and 2 to 3 years as Director of Operations or Resort/General Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge and Experience of the luxury hospitality resort environment and/or private domain experience.
- Strong commercial acumen, preferably with experience in Food & Beverage and Rooms Management.
- Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
Conditions :
- Starting Date: Immediate availability preferred, but flexibility until October/November is possible
