Notre client est une startup de pointe spécialisée dans l’intelligence artificielle, dédiée à transformer les industries grâce à des solutions innovantes basées sur l’IA. Située au cœur de Paris, l’entreprise est en pleine croissance et cherche à renforcer son équipe de data science.


Mission du poste :


En tant que Head of Data, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l’orientation stratégique de l’équipe Data, composée d’une dizaine de talents passionnés. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition de la stratégie data, l’optimisation des processus et la mise en œuvre des projets d’IA.


Vos principales responsabilités :


• Définir et implémenter la stratégie Data de l’entreprise

• Gérer, encadrer et développer une équipe de data scientists et d’analystes

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques et produit pour intégrer les solutions IA

• Assurer la qualité et l’intégrité des données

• Piloter les projets de recherche et développement en IA

• Établir des partenariats stratégiques avec des institutions académiques et des entreprises


Profil recherché :


• Expérience confirmée en tant que Head of Data ou poste similaire

• Solide maîtrise des technologies et des outils de data science (Python, R, SQL, etc.)

• Capacité à gérer et motiver une équipe

• Excellentes compétences en communication et leadership

• Esprit stratégique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes

• Diplôme en informatique, statistiques, mathématiques ou domaine connexe
