Job Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Build, manage, and nurture an active community around the Kimohno brand on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Content Moderation: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with followers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customers and potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns while promoting our products and values.
  • Brand Advocacy: Identify loyal followers and turn them into brand advocates by encouraging participation in contests, collaborations, and brand-related activities.
  • Analytics: Monitor community growth and engagement metrics, reporting insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager, ideally for a luxury or fashion brand.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with an audience authentically.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and community-building strategies.
