Poste : En tant que Machine Learning Engineer vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

*

Travailler en collaboration avec les Data Scientists, les Data Engineers et les Data Architects de diverses équipes afin de concevoir des outils logiciels permettant de déployer et de monitorer les différents modèles de Machine/Deep Learning:

*

Proposer et concevoir des architectures logicielles compatibles avec l'infrastructure actuelle des environnement de la Data Platform,
*

Évoluer dans un environnement Cloud (AWS) avec de fortes contraintes d'optimisation et de performance de pipelines de données,
*

Maintenir et faire évoluer les modèles existants tout en respectant les bonnes pratiques de code et de review,
*

Contribuer au développement de la culture MLOps au sein des utilisateurs Data,
*

Mettre en place des outils de monitoring de performance pour assurer la pertinence des modèles vis-à-vis de leurs valeurs économiques,
*

Inclure des dimensions d'interprétabilité et de transparence de modèles dans les implémentations proposées,
*

Pratiquer une veille technologique sur les différentes technologies de l'industrialisation de modèles ML.

*

Contribuer aux communautés d'expertise technique du groupe Air Liquide,
*

Agir en tant que mentor pour les ML engineers juniors et d'autres membres de l'équipe.
Profil : Profil & Compétences

*

5 années d'expérience en tant que Machine Learning Engineer / Software Engineer / Data Scientist
*

Expérience de travail en agile ou appétence pour l'agile

Technical Skills

*

Capacité de développement en Python (indispensable), d'autres langages sont appréciables
*

Maîtrise de Git et de Git flow idéalement avec Gitlab et Gitlab-CI
*

Maîtrise des différents algorithmes de Machine/Deep Learning: Supervised / Unsupervised / Reinforcement Learning (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, etc.)
*

Expérience des services cloud idéalement sur AWS
*

Outils de développement basés sur Unix
*

Des connaissance de Kubernetes serait un plus appréciable

Soft Skills

*

Capacité à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement matriciel et international
*

Bonne communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais (indispensable), en particulier pour vulgariser les sujets techniques
*

Autonomie et prise initiative

Le Machine Learning Engineer sera intégré à l'équipe AI Platforms qui a pour mission d'accélérer les usages et industrialisation de l'IA à destination des utilisateurs et utilisatrices Data d'Air Liquide, en contribuant à la construction, l'évolution, le déploiement et le maintien de plateformes pour l'usage de la Data & AI, aussi bien en self service qu'en industrialisation de produits ML et IA.
