The Digital Transformation & Technology function (DT&T) is a Group function, with its overall budget and performance analysis at Group level, dealing with IT related topics.

The IT Assistant (M/W) will work in an international environment, supporting DT&T Team for administrative tasks.


Your mission :


  • Support the IT Team for Administrative tasks in the defined perimeter ;
  • Create and Manage the Purchase Request / Purchase Order of DT&T Central function, upon request and validation, ensuring processes and procedures adoption ;
  • Within the P2P process, monitor and support IT Team for the Invoice management, including Good Receipt management, invoice validation and payment ;
  • Collaborate to the control of IT budget spending, through defined tools and procedure (Runcosts and Projects), developing reports and analytics ;
  • Collaborate to the “How we work” process and Procedure review, User training ;
  • Support the supplier management and running contract renewal, upon validation, supporting in particular local French scope ;
  • Collaborate with Controlling team to ensure the P2P process with special focus during Financial closure period ;
  • Collaborate with Sourcing to ensure proper information of Suppliers/Contract are available and consistent ;
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the IT Budget tool ;
  • Support Project Management Office as per appliedscope (i.e. create projects' sharepoint site, control info consistency of Projects' budget, manage with Controlling department the SAP data consistency (Budget, Actuals, carry-over).


Your qualifications :


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
  • Tools: MS Office, SAP (user level), Excel, Analytics tool is a plus
  • Significant experience in budget management, purchase-to-Invoice processes
  • Familiarity with IT related topics
  • In addition you’ve good communications skills and are able to:
  • - Work with remote management and teams
  • - Interact with Suppliers
  • - Interact with internal Sidel stakeholders ( mainly Finance and Sourcing)
