Nous dédions notre savoir-faire auprès nos clients : Groupes Pharmaceutiques, CROs et Biotechnologies.Nous recrutons un(e) Project Manager CMS H/F pour une mission en prestation au sein d’un prestigieux groupe pharmaceutique à partir de Janvier 2026 à Saclay. Notre client est un laboratoire pharmaceutique international qui s’engage pour le progrès thérapeutique au bénéfice des patients, en lien avec les professionnels de santé. Sa croissance repose sur la recherche constante d’innovation dans trois grandes aires thérapeutiques.Principales responsabilitésClarifier la valeur ajoutée attendue et la logique métier de l'initiative.Identifier et cartographier les processus impactés ainsi que les parties prenantes.Définir les ressources et leviers nécessaires (humains, financiers et techniques).Identifier les risques, les dépendances et les facteurs clés de succès.Fournir un cadre structuré et validé du projet pour soutenir une prise de décision éclairée concernant une éventuelle mise en œuvre.ProfilExpérience avérée (minimum 5 ans) en gestion de projet et en cadrage d’initiatives (études d’opportunité et de faisabilité, évaluations pré-projet).Solide maîtrise de la gestion de projet.Capacité à structurer et formaliser des initiatives complexes.Excellentes compétences en facilitation et en communication avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau.Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral).Fortes compétences analytiques et de synthèse.Une connaissance du développement clinique serait un atout.Vous souhaitez rejoindre un Groupe dynamique et ambitieux ?Le poste correspond bien à vos attentes et votre compétences ?N’hésitez plus et postulez
