Missions et responsabilités:Assurer les interventions selon la planification, les règles établies et dans les délais demandés.Clôturer les projets dès la fin de l’intervention (Rédaction des bons d’intervention, suivi des compteurs, traitements des références et pièces détachées).Mettre en service les machines et automates.Assurer la formation des utilisateurs.Appliquer les instructions données par la hiérarchie.Respecter le matériel confié.Adopter un comportement exemplaire chez nos clients.Renseignement de la Bible.Renseignement hebdomadaire du stock pièces détachées véhicule.Remontées des constats terrain (Vétusté/Récidives/Clients/Litiges).Préparer des machines conformément aux directives soit sur le site de Nanterre, soit sur le site de Bovis.Respecter les directives Groupes.Appliquer les instructions données par la hiérarchie.Et toute autre demande raisonnable formulée par le Responsable hiérarchique, le SLT ou l’ELT.Il est précisé que la liste des missions et responsabilités ainsi définie n’est pas exhaustive etpourra être amenée à évoluer.Pré requis / qualifications:BEP, Bac pro, Bac +2 : Systèmes Électroniques/mécanique et/ou expérience de terrain.Habilitation électrique BR.Français écrit/Parlé.Compétences:Equité.Travail en équipes.Transparence.Respect des règles.Bon contact client.Volonté d’apprendre.Orienté satisfaction client.Lucidité pour solliciter un accompagnement lorsque nécessaire.Chez PayComplete, nous valorisons la diversité des points de vue et croyons que des équipes diversifiées créent de meilleures solutions.
