Responsable Learning and Development H/F

Poste : Au sein d'un Grand Groupe du secteur des services de 5 000 collaborateurs, en tant que Responsable Learning & Development, directement rattaché à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines Groupe, vos missions principales seront notamment les suivantes :
* Définition et déploiement de la stratégie de formation du Groupe ;
* Management et animation des équipes en France et à l'étranger, soit une vingtaine de collaborateurs experts (ingénierie pédagogique, déploiement et logistique, administration du LMS, etc.) ;
* Co-construction du budget avec la Direction des Opérations et les Métiers ;
* Pilotage de la relation partenariale et opérationnelle avec le centre de formation interne ;
* Ajustement de la stratégie, de l'offre de formation et de l'expérience formation en fonction de l'évolution des besoins.

Vous accompagnez une équipe où se mêlent expertise pointue, forte cohésion et bienveillance.
Profil : Diplômé d'un Bac +5 minimum d'école de commerce ou d'université, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans une fonction similaire, avec une expérience confirmée en pilotage d'un Service Formation et une bonne connaissance du secteur des services professionnels.
Diplomate et proactif, vous êtes capable de vous emparer de plusieurs sujets à la fois, de travailler en mode matriciel et collaboratif dans un environnement exigeant et en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des métiers du Groupe. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais.
