Contexte Triumph

En tant que Risk Sharing Partner d’Airbus sur l’A350 XWB, Triumph a la responsabilité de la conception, la fabrication, l’installation et l’attestation de l’intégralité du système d’isolation primaire depuis 2009 et jusqu’à la fin du programme.

Dans le cadre de la montée en charge de ses activités, Triumph Insulation Systems France recherche actuellement un PMO afin de supporter le BE & Programme sur la gestion du planning et des finances pour le programme A350 XWB.

Contexte mission

Le PMO est rattaché hiérarchiquement et fonctionnellement au Responsable du Bureau d’études, Europe.

Il ou elle interagit au quotidien avec les services bureau d’étude et programme internes (Triumph) et externes (Airbus), en Europe ou à l’étranger, principalement dans le rôle de coordinateur planning et coûts.


Tâches Et Responsabilités :

Sur la base des besoins exprimés par les diverses parties prenantes, le Project Manager Officer sera être amené à effectuer les activités suivantes :

  • Analyser les propositions techniques de demande de changement avion afin d’en évaluer les impacts et les efforts associés ;
  • Répondre aux TRS pour chaque option avec le support du bureau d’études ;
  • Coordonner avec les différents acteurs impliqués, les activités nécessaires, les moyens à engager et les délais à respecter en anticipant les potentielles dérives ;
  • Préparer et participer aux réunions hebdomadaires, rédiger les rapports d’avancement et piloter les jalons techniques et financiers ;
  • Rendre compte aux clients internes et externes en présentant les faits marquants, écarts et impacts potentiels ;
  • Tenir à jour les outils de gestion de projets et suivre les indicateurs de performance ;
  • Être force de proposition sur les axes d’amélioration et points bloquants techniques, plannings et financiers.

Votre Carte D’embarquement :

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée de 2 ans minimum dans le management de projet, idéalement dans le secteur aéronautique.
  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office et/ou Google Suite ; ainsi que les outils de planification (MS Project, Gantt)
  • Vous êtes doté d’un bon relationnel et faites preuve d’esprit d’equipe
  • Vous maitrisez les compétences de communication nécessaires pour pouvoir coordonner une équipe multiculturelle
  • Vous avez un bon sens de la synthèse et de l’innovation
  • Vous parlez couramment anglais


Des connaissances sur les procédures et méthodes relatives à la création et la maintenance d’un dossier de définition, notamment sur les aspects de gestion de configuration, d’intégration, de conception 3D, de liasse 2D et de gammes de fabrication dans le monde Aéronautique et idéalement pour le programme A350 seraient de vrais plus.
