Production Manager

Pacific International Executive Search has been exclusively retained to assist a world leading industrial manufacturer working across multiple sectors with a big emphasis on sustainability. They are going through an exciting transformation phase, and they are in search of an experienced Production Manager to drive process excellence and improvement at this highly strategic site.
The ideal candidate is someone with experience in both Production and Lean Manufacturing, who has worked in an industrial manufacturing site with a proven track record of successfully analysing problem areas and using the right tools to address the underlying issue. The right candidate will be able to design projects with a clear action plan for the team members to succeed. This person will be an ambassador of lean and should aim to grown lean culture onsite.
Essential Experience:
- Background: Engineering degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Team Management experience preferred
- Proven track record of managing/improving production
- Proven ability to drive change and earn team’s trust
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/ Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement field
- Must speak fluent French and professional English
