Backed by €15M Series A funding and partnerships with Institut Curie, Gustave Roussy, and leading US centers, we are scaling globally to bring the next generation of diagnostics to patients.Your MissionAs One Biosciences moves from research to clinical-grade diagnostics, robust and scalable data infrastructure is critical. We handle diverse, multi-modal datasets—from wet-lab assays to clinical samples—requiring high-performance pipelines and secure cloud environments.As a Data Engineer, you will design and maintain data life cycle. This includes building data pipelines, integrate them in AWS infrastructure, and ensure data processing from raw sequences to clinically meaningful output. You’ll work closely with computational biologists, research scientists and software developers to build a production-grade infrastructure for cutting-edge oncology diagnostics.ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize pipelines for single-cell data analysis.Manage large-scale datasets using workflow management systems.Build, maintain, and evolve AWS-based infrastructure.Collaborate with biologists and clinicians, supporting computational tasks.Test, document, monitor, and maintain codebases.Experience3+ years as data engineer, or devops with strong coding practices.Required SkillsHands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and Infrastrucure as Code (IaC).Experience in designing, deploying and monitoring scalable data workflows.Proficiency in Python.Strong coding practices and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with biologists, clinicians, and software engineers in a multidisciplinary team.Desired SkillsExperience with R.Experience with molecular biology or oncology.Experience in database development and tuning.Experience working in a regulated environmentWhy Join UsJoin a fast-growing company scaling globally.Work with large scale datasets and create real clinical impact.Collaborate with leading cancer centers in France and the US.Competitive package with performance bonus.Recruitment ProcessPhone screeningUse case test Meet the teamInterviews with stakeholders
