Job Title: Coupa S2P Consultant


Location: Paris (Tuesday to Thursday onsite), Remote (Monday and Friday)


Contract Type: Full-Time Contract (FTC) 6-12 months with possible extension


Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Coupa S2P (Source-to-Pay) Consultant to join our client's team based in Paris, France. This role will primarily involve onsite presence in Paris from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work options on Monday and Friday. The position is offered on a full-time contract basis with the potential for extension based on project requirements. The successful candidate will be part of an international implementation project, collaborating with a diverse team to optimize and enhance the Coupa S2P platform.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
  • Configure and customize the Coupa S2P platform to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Provide expertise in Coupa S2P modules, including but not limited to Procure-to-Pay, Invoice Management, Expense Management, and Supplier Management.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate and seamless transition to the Coupa platform.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to end-users and support adoption of Coupa S2P functionalities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Coupa best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation as needed.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) working with Coupa S2P platform, including implementation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and best practices.
  • Experience with international implementations and working in cross-cultural teams is preferred.
  • Proficiency in French is desirable but not mandatory; fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to Paris for onsite work from Tuesday to Thursday.
