Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious, experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager with an international mindset to join our team in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategies in EMEA region. You will leverage your experience and industry knowledge in smart and sustainable building technologies to build relationships with key decision-makers, close high-value deals, and lead the sales team towards achieving ambitious targets.


Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth in EMEA region. Identify and pursue high-value opportunities within the real estate sector as well as with retail, logistic and industrial international companies. .
  • Client Acquisition: Lead the process of acquiring new clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales team members, providing support to enhance their performance and development. Share best practices with your peers in other regions of the world.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Share your insight with your peers globally. Use this knowledge to adjust strategies, anticipate client needs, and position our solutions effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and provide insights to refine sales strategies and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals and ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.


Skills, Competencies and Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or smart building industry. Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and solid understanding of SaaS products and smart building solutions.
