You will play a pivotal role in driving this initiative across Europe, ensuring the optimal design and implementation of Salesforce core clouds.
What InterEx Is Looking For
We are looking for candidates with deep expertise in designing and architecting solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly focusing on Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
Your Responsibility
- Architectural Strategy: Develop and execute the architectural vision and strategy for Salesforce core clouds, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Solution Design: Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that integrate Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, providing seamless user experiences and robust functionalities.
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, define requirements, and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and process optimization across platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, configuration, and implementation.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance standards and compliance policies for Salesforce usage and data management.
- Custom Development: Oversee the development of custom objects, Lightning components, Apex code, and Visualforce pages to meet specific business requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce solutions, conducting regular system audits and optimizations.
- User Training and Support: Develop training programs and materials to enhance Salesforce skills across the organization and support end users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to drive project success.
- Innovation: Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, leveraging new features to enhance the overall Salesforce environment.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
