The brand is being developed with a long-term, heritage-driven vision, prioritizing creative restraint and cultural relevance over trend-led scale.As FUERSAIRE prepares for its debut fragrance launch in Fall 2026, we are assembling a small, highly selective founding group to help shape the brand at its most defining stage.Role DescriptionFUERSAIRE is extending a highly-selective invitation for a Founding Packaging & Production Advisor to work directly with the founder on the physical realization of the debut fragrance. This role is focused on translating creative vision into production-ready reality-guiding packaging structure, materials, manufacturer selection, and execution timelines.This is not a traditional vendor role. It is a trusted advisory partnership during the brand's foundational phase.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on luxury fragrance packaging structure, materials, and feasibilitySupport manufacturer sourcing (bottles, caps, sprayers, secondary packaging)Review and refine production timelines toward anAugust debutGuide cost/quality tradeoffs while preserving luxury standardsAdvise on packaging compliance, durability, and production readinessServe as a strategic bridge between creative vision and manufacturing executionQualificationsBackground in luxury beauty, fragrance, or premium packaging productionExperience working with global manufacturers or suppliersStrong understanding of packaging development from concept to productionComfortable operating in early-stage, high-trust environmentsAdditional NotesPortfolio-based, early-stage founding roleOnly one individual will be selectedNDA and IP assignment requiredFUERSAIRE is intentionally building a small founding group through selective advisory and portfolio-based collaborations.
