Our management team is located in the UK and Portugal and we have technical teams based across other European countries, US and India.We’re looking for a Payload expert to join a major satellite program as an on-site third-party expert. As the Customer’s on-site technical authority for Payload & TT&C, you will be embedded with the prime contractor, driving the full design, assembly, integration and test campaign. Your mission is to spot issues early, safeguard schedule and performance, keep the payload firmly on track for a flawless launch, chair key reviews, deliver sharp insightful reports, influence the manufacturer constructively, and ensure perfect alignment between the Customer PMO and the Design Authority.Requirements:15+ years in satellite Payload/TT&C engineering & AIT (customer or manufacturer side)Deep hands-on experience with payload design, integration, environmental testing and IOTProven track record running or overseeing complex AIT campaignsStrong leadership & diplomacy – you know how to get the best out of a manufacturer’s teamMSc in Electrical/RF Engineering (or equivalent)Fluent English; French a bonus
