Poste : Vous êtes un leader stratégique en infrastructures IT, à la recherche d'un poste au coeur des enjeux technologiques et industriels ? Rejoignez le Groupe Eramet en tant que Directeur Infrastructure IT, un rôle clé pour piloter la transformation et l'innovation technologique d'un groupe international de premier plan dans l'industrie minière et métallurgique. Le poste est basé à Paris 15.
Votre mission :
Stratégie IT : Concevoir et exécuter la stratégie d'infrastructure IT d'Eramet en assurant la performance, la sécurité et la scalabilité des systèmes d'information. Vous intégrerez également la gestion des infrastructures OT, en lien avec l'évolution digitale du groupe.
Relation clients internes : Anticiper les besoins des lignes de produits et des filiales tout en identifiant les opportunités offertes par les technologies émergentes (Cloud, IA). Vous représenterez l'équipe Infrastructure auprès des métiers et des filiales internationales.
Management : Coordonner les équipes techniques du groupe et animer les équipes des filiales en vue d'aligner les processus opérationnels et projets d'infrastructures.
Excellence technique : Garantir la promotion et le respect des standards techniques du groupe tout en assurant la conformité aux normes réglementaires, en collaboration avec l'équipe Cybersécurité.
Responsabilités :
Définir la Vision et la Stratégie : Définir la vision, les objectifs, les plans d'action et les indicateurs de performance de la direction infrastructure IT groupe, en adéquation avec la stratégie globale d'Eramet et de la DSI.
Soutien aux Métiers : Accompagner les directions métiers dans leurs projets d'infrastructure IT en apportant conseil, expertise et réactivité, et en garantissant un alignement avec les besoins métiers.
Leadership et Développement des Équipes : Animer et développer les équipes techniques de la direction infrastructure IT, tout en favorisant la collaboration transversale et un esprit d'équipe " One Global Team " avec les filiales internationales.
Sécurité, Continuité et Innovation : Assurer la sécurité, la continuité et la reprise des infrastructures IT, en collaboration avec l'équipe cybersécurité, et piloter l'innovation via les nouvelles technologies comme l'intelligence artificielle.
Engagement en Qualité, Coûts et Délais : Fournir des engagements fermes, réalistes et transparents aux filiales et métiers en termes de qualité des services, coûts des solutions, et délais de livraison et de résolution d'incidents.
Standardisation et Documentation : Élaborer, mettre à jour et documenter les standards groupe en termes d'infrastructures et de processus de gestion, tout en promouvant leur adoption dans les filiales.
Profil : Bac+5 en informatique, gestion de l'information ou ingénierie avec une expérience minimum de 15 ans dans le domaine des infrastructures IT.
Expérience similaire en tant que Directeur Infrastructures au sein d'un groupe industriel.
Capacité à définir et mettre en oeuvre une stratégie d'infrastructure IT alignée sur la stratégie globale du groupe.
Leadership et management, aptitude à fédérer, motiver et accompagner des équipes techniques pluridisciplinaires et multiculturelles.
Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnel, aptitude à dialoguer avec divers interlocuteurs internes et externes.
Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, avec la capacité de traiter des informations complexes et de les restituer de manière claire et structurée.
Capacité à travailler en mode collaboratif et transversal.
Vision stratégique et prospective, orientée vers les besoins métiers et les évolutions technologiques.
Capacité à gérer des projets complexes, anticiper les risques et arbitrer les priorités.
Capacité à innover et à s'adapter aux évolutions technologiques.
