InVivo Digital Factory est le pôle digital du groupe InVivo, 1er groupe coopératif agricole français. Sa mission depuis 2018 : piloter et exécuter la transformation digitale du groupe et de l’ensemble de ses métiers BtoB et BtoC stratégiques (Agriculture, Vin, Retail / Jardinerie et distribution alimentaire et Malterie).
Parmi ces grands projets de développement est né une Success story : aladin.farm, 1er projet digital développé par l’entreprise en 2019. Plateforme de vente des produits et services agricoles des coopératives d’ InVivo, aladin.farm est le fruit de la collaboration avec 9 coopératives sociétaires ayant pour projet de digitaliser la commercialisation de leurs approvisionnements auprès de leurs agriculteurs. En 2022, trois ans après son lancement, aladin.farm à franchi le cap du million d’articles agricoles vendus en ligne pour un CA de plus de 150 M €.
En 2021 s’ouvre une nouvelle page pour InVivo Digital Factory qui s’attaque alors au marché BtoC avec le vaste projet de refonte des sites e-commerce de Teract, branche Retail d’InVivo : Jardiland.com et Gammvert.fr.
A quoi va ressembler ton quotidien ?
En tant que Data Eng. Manager, tu rejoins une startup au sein d’un grand groupe constitué d’un plateau de 80 personnes avec une ambiance de travail agréable et bienveillante où l’apprentissage est permanent.
Tu participes à la construction de solutions logicielles avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires alignées sur un objectif commun (UX, UI, OPS, PO, Développeurs, Data Eng., Data Scientist).
Tu as compris les principes autours de l’industrialisation logicielle et du déploiement continue et tu es à même de les mettre en œuvre dans une infrastructure composée de services managés Azure ou dans une infrastructure conteneurisée avec une intégration continue sous Gitlab CI ou sur Azure Devops.
Tu es le garant de la cohérence des composants sur les aspects techniques transverses (gestion de la sécurité, des logs, des métriques, standard de développements …).
Tu contribues aux dynamiques agiles en participant à l’amélioration des pratiques de développement et en partageant via des BBLs, des meetups ou des ateliers.
Tu animes la communauté Data avec pour objectif de développer la compétence Data au sein de la Digital Factory.
Tu mentores des Tech Lead afin de les faire monter en compétences.
Tu développes sur une stack technique à l’état de l’art avec :
- PostGreSQL, SQL Server
- Python, Jupyter Notebooks, dbt
- Synapse, DataBricks
Tu utilises des outils collaboratifs comme Slack, Jira, Confluence ou encore Figma.
Qui es-tu ?
Tu es passionné par les nouvelles technologies et souhaites participer à la construction des solutions Data à destination de l’agriculture 3.0 et de l’industrie 4.0 : viens nous rejoindre
Plus qu’un diplôme, nous recherchons des passionné(e)s ayant une belle expérience en développement et OPS. L’important pour nous est avant tout la capacité à progresser rapidement dans un environnement composé de profils variés.
Nous recherchons un profil sénior (6 ans d'expérience professionnelle à minima), diplômé Bac + 5 ou équivalent (école d’ingénieur ou universitaire) ayant de solides compétences dans les technologies IaaS, une expérience significative en développement Agile et DevOps, maîtrisant parfaitement le Cloud Azure et ayant une expérience sur des stacks de développement Data.
Tes qualités : écoute, capacité à se remettre en question et volonté d’apprendre tant sur la technique que sur le métier, un leadership reconnu et des compétences managériales
