Europe Subsidiary OperationsEstablish and manage the local subsidiary in alignment with the company’s goals and operation standards.Oversee daily operations and make sure the local entity meets strategic goals and performance targets set by the HQ.2. Sales & Business PerformanceLead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth in the local market.Coordinate with the headquarter and local team to ensure achievement of sales and operational KPIs.3. Retail Network ExpansionActively expand the retail footprint through local franchise partnerships and direct store openings.Grow market share by enhancing channel presence and consumer reach.4. Profitability & Cost ManagementDrive operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.Maintain strict cost controls to achieve profitability goals and ensure long-term business sustainability.5. Leadership & Talent DevelopmentBuild and lead a high-performing local management team.Develop a strong talent pipeline to support future business growth and succession planning.6. Brand Localization & MarketingCollaborate with the group’s branding and marketing teams to design and implement localized brand strategies.Strengthen the company’s brand presence and relevance within the local market.7. Public Relations & Crisis ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders, including government entities, media, and business partners.Proactively manage potential crises and safeguard the company’s reputation in the region.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role within a well-known retail company.Proven track record in managing Europe local operations and driving business performance.Strong leadership and organizational development skills. Can inspire and manage cross-functional teams.Excellent strategic planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English & one of major Europe local languages (German, Italian, or French)Familiarity with Europe local market landscape, legal regulations, and local business practices.
