TES MISSIONS :
En tant qu'Ingénieur d'Affaires chez Astron, tu seras un acteur clé dans le développement de notre activité. Voici ce qui t’attend :
- Création et Développement du Portefeuille Client : tu mettras en œuvre de tes talents commerciaux pour développer et fidéliser tes partenariats clients.
- Recrutement : tu recruteras une équipe de collaborateurs consultants
- Management : tu gèreras ton équipe de collaborateurs en leur proposant un plan de carrière adapté à leur envie
- Gestion Financière et Administrative : tu gèreras ton centre de profit de A à Z
TON EVOLUTION :
Dès que tu auras montré ta capacité à réaliser toutes ces missions, tu seras amené à évoluer avec nous rapidement sur des postes à forte responsabilité (responsable de département, responsable d’agence, directeur de filiale, etc…).
