The role provides support to the Oliver Wyman Defense & Security task force Leadership, in managing the day-to-day affairs of the task force and is a go-to-person for all colleagues for task force-related topics.The role translates Marsh’s and Oliver Wyman’s Defense & Security vision into clear strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and operational plans. The role is centered on Oliver Wyman’s D&S strategy roll-out but also supports Oliver Wyman’s leadership in their steering of the collaboration across Marsh businesses in the roll-out of Marsh’s D&S growth acceleration strategy. The Business Impact Manager acts as a thought partner to leadership, orchestrates cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Talent, IT, Knowledge, and Events, and ensures that commercial performance, investments, and people decisions are tightly aligned to the business’s strategic goals.
