Internship – Marketing & Communication Assistant


Company Description

Iconeus is an innovative company specializing in functional ultrasound brain imaging. We operate at the intersection of technology and neuroscience to revolutionize preclinical brain research. To strengthen our visibility and support our growth, we are looking for a motivated intern to join our marketing team. The intern will contribute to managing our digital channels, organizing events, analyzing market data, and creating impactful visuals.


Key Responsibilities


1. Digital Channel Management
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.): plan posts, create attractive visuals, and monitor performance.
  • Update and optimize the website (WordPress).
  • Create email campaigns (newsletters, event invitations, etc.).
  • Analyze digital performance through Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Conduct strategic monitoring: track industry trends and competitor actions.


2. Event and Conference Organization
  • Coordinate logistics for Iconeus’s participation in scientific congresses and international trade fairs.
  • Handle registrations, reserve spaces, and manage service providers.
  • Design promotional materials (brochures, roll-ups, videos, presentations).
  • Provide logistical and operational support to ensure smooth execution of events.


3. Creating Impactful Visuals
  • Develop graphic content for social media, email campaigns, and event materials (infographics, illustrations, simple animations).
  • Use graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Adapt existing visuals to maximize their impact across different communication channels.
  • Contribute to building a consistent and modern visual identity for Iconeus.


4. Market Data Analysis
  • Contribute to market research, to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Support competitive analysis: study competitor activities to inform marketing strategy.
  • Extract and interpret data from analytical tools and industry reports.



Desired Profile


Education
  • Student in engineering school specializing in marketing, business, communication, or digital marketing.


Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva is essential, Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Knowledge of web content management and social media.
  • Sensitivity to design trends and ability to create compelling visuals.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (Google Analytics) and strategic monitoring.


Personal Attributes
  • Creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team spirit and good communication skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Paris 14th district
  • Start Date: February 2025
