Business Analyst Location: StrasbourgRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the analysis and specification of functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring a shared understanding across Agile teams and business stakeholders. You will play a central role in translating business needs into clear, testable specifications and supporting successful solution delivery and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the analysis, documentation, and refinement of functional and non-functional requirementsEnsure a common understanding of requirements across Agile delivery teams and stakeholdersProduce and maintain high-quality requirements, user stories, and supporting documentationManage requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycleSupport integration specifications in collaboration with technical teamsWork closely with solution architects and technical leads to align business needs with solution designModel business processes and solution designs using agreed UML and modeling toolsSupport training, user adoption, and change activities as requiredRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of IT experience, including:At least 3 years as a Business AnalystAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with UML and modeling techniquesStrong proficiency in UML (use cases, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, etc.)Proven experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussionsSolid understanding of relational databases and data conceptsExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments
