In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth flow of merchandise and play a key part in supporting the store’s operational excellence. Your ability to think ahead, communicate effectively, and maintain precision in stock handling will directly contribute to creating a seamless and elevated client experience on the shop floor:THE JOBSupport the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experienceOwn the flow of merchandise between storage and the shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of productStrive to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all timesSee the “big picture” and successfully link the parties through actions and effective communicationESSENTIALSPassionate for the client experience with an in-depth knowledge of the stock workflow and the ability to envision a memorable client experience while enabling the team to be successfulGood handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock managementDedication and resilience to finding solutions and timely movement of merchandiseThinking innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways of creating tangible value and magic for the clientsMISSION DETAILSGuide all stock activities: Inventory, organization, control, audits etc.Proactively execute shipping and receiving process.
