Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Dispatch DSS L1 Support Engineer to provide on-demand, ticket-based onsite support. The role involves handling desktop support incidents, hardware troubleshooting, and user support at customer locations.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and fluency in both English and French.Key Responsibilities:Respond to dispatch/on-demand support ticketsProvide onsite Level 1 desktop supportTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesPerform break-fix for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsInstall and configure IT equipmentCoordinate with remote support teams when requiredUpdate and manage tickets within SLAMaintain asset and service documentationRequired Skills:Desktop Support Services (DSS) Level 1Field / Onsite IT Support experienceWindows OS troubleshootingHardware diagnostics and replacementBasic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)Asset managementExperience:Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Desktop Support / DSS L1 / Field SupportExperience working in a dispatch on-demand ticket based supportSoft Skills:Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently in the fieldExcellent time and ticket managementLocation:Trappes, Île-de-France, France (Onsite / Dispatch Based)
