We need a Digital Creative Strategist


Creative Strategist

As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative strategies for social media, covering both social ads and organic content for Inshallah. You will play a key role in the content strategy for our app, using a test & learn approach. You will collaborate with a video editor, designer, and the marketing team to produce impactful videos and maximize their performance.


Responsibilities

Analysis and Research:

  • Study trends in social media advertising and identify the most effective formats.
  • Conduct competitive research to find innovative content ideas.

Strategy Design:

  • Propose creative concepts tailored to social platforms, with a priority on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies in collaboration with our acquisition manager to test and validate the most effective content.

Production Coordination:

  • Work directly with a video editor and designer to transform ideas into impactful videos.
  • Oversee the production of around fifteen videos per month, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the creations with the brand strategy.

Continuous Optimization:

  • Track and analyze KPIs.
  • Implement quick adjustments based on data and insights from the advertising platforms.


Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in creative strategy, social ads, or digital marketing (3-5 years minimum).
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create content tailored to social media.
  • Experience managing A/B testing and analyzing advertising performance.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Sensitivity to aesthetics and strong organizational skills to produce videos at a rapid pace.
  • Excellent general knowledge.
  • Fluent in English.
