As we expand our Project Management talent initiative, we are inviting motivated individuals to join our Project Management Internship Program to gain hands-on experience managing modern business and technology projects.Role OverviewAs a Project Management Intern at HireShire, you will work closely with experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of real-world projects. This internship is designed for aspiring project managers seeking foundational industry exposure. No prior professional experience is required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Support day-to-day project coordination and task tracking.Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports.Utilise project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure project alignment.Help manage stakeholder communication and follow-ups.Identify risks and assist with issue tracking and resolution documentation.Participate in team meetings and project review sessions.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or related fields.Strong organisational and communication skills.Basic knowledge of project management concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Willingness to learn project management tools and industry methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills.Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)Basic familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks.Exposure to tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion.CAPM or Scrum Foundation certification (optional).Prior experience coordinating academic or personal projects.What You’ll GainReal-world project management experience across business and technology initiatives.Structured mentorship from certified project management professionals.Practical exposure to Agile and traditional project delivery frameworks.Development of leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.Eligibility for Pre-Placement Opportunities (PPO) at HireShire or partner organisations based on performance.StipendStipend starts from EUR18/hour, with potential increments based on assessment performance, skill progression, and project contributions.
