Senior Project Manager - Stellantis
Contexte
La direction des programmes Capgemini Engineering (Global Program Office) supervise l’ensemble des prestations à engagement du groupe.
Elle intervient dès les phases d’avant-vente en proposant des modèles de delivery adaptés aux besoins et enjeux clients et pilote l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets pour garantir le respect des engagements, la performance et la satisfaction client.
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités sur la région Ile de France, nous recrutons un(e) Engagement Manager dédié aux pilotages des projets auprès de nos clients sur une large palette de secteurs industriels (automobile principalement, ferroviaire, Energie, …) et d’environnements techniques (mécanique, électronique, systèmes d’ingénierie, qualité, après-vente, supply chain, ….)
Missions
En tant que tel(le), vous êtes responsable de la planification, le contrôle, la satisfaction client et de la livraison d’un portefeuille de projets.
A ce titre, vous :
Portez la responsabilité de la bonne exécution et de la performance du/des projets (Satisfaction Client / Qualité –Coûts –Délais)
Pilotez le/les projets sur la totalité des dimensions qui incombent à la gestion de projet
Etes garant des engagements mutuels entre Capgemini Engineering et ses clients (contract management)
Contribuez aux phases de Réponse à Appel d’Offre
Assurez la capitalisation sur les projets réalisés
Contribuez à l’amélioration et l’industrialisation des pratiques de management de projet.
Vous êtes l’interlocuteur du client en responsabilités des projets des activités PFDI pour le compte de Stellantis
Vous avez une excellente compréhension des métiers automobile : conception mécanique, Architecture véhicule, data management (PLM), codification, BOM etc..
Profil
De formation Ingénieur ou équivalent bac+5, vous justifiez d’au moins 10/15 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le secteur d’ingénierie industriel idéalement.
Vous avez une expérience significative et une expertise reconnue dans le pilotage de projets (engagement de moyen ou engagement de résultats) avec une appétence particulière pour la gestion contractuelle et financière pour des clients grands comptes sur une variété de secteur de préférence.
Vous parlez Anglais (obligatoire) et disposez d’une aisance de communication et êtes à l’aise dans les environnements internationaux multiculturels, vous avez la capacité de basculer d’un sujet à l’autre ainsi que de bonne connaissances de négociation.
Mu(e) par la culture du résultat, reconnu(e) pour votre proactivité et votre aisance relationnelle, vous savez défendre et mener à bien les projets qui vous sont confiés et embarquer les collaborateurs avec vous.
