Data Centre Technician - Team LeadFull-timeParisSalary: DOEWe’re seeking an experienced Data Centre Team Lead to oversee the delivery of structured cabling and connectivity projects across major data centre sites in Paris.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a small on-site team delivering fibre-optic and copper cabling installations.Coordinate daily tasks, resources, safety compliance, and quality standards.Act as the on-site contact for clients, contractors, and internal project teams.Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation of structured cabling systems (fibre MPO/MTP, LC; copper Cat6A; racks; pathways).Review drawings, scopes, and project requirements; ensure adherence to data-centre protocols and SLAs.Troubleshoot issues, validate test results, and maintain high-quality workmanship.Provide progress updates, highlight risks, and support project planning.What We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in data-centre cabling or physical infrastructure.Proven team-lead or site-lead experience in technical installation projects.Strong knowledge of fibre and copper systems, containment, patching, and documentation.Comfortable in mission-critical environments with strict procedures and change control.Able to interpret technical drawings and installation standards.Strong communication skills; English required, French beneficial.
