Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join their thriving team in Paris. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to work on complex corporate transactions and contribute to the firm's continued success.





Responsibilities:

  • Assist in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
  • Draft and review transactional documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and board resolutions.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare due diligence reports for clients.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Liaise with clients, counterparties, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
  • Assist in negotiating and finalizing transactional documents and deal terms.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and market trends in the corporate sector.





Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
  • Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable institution.
  • Proven experience working on corporate transactions within a reputable law firm.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
