Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Software Development team. The candidate should have experience working in Agile and have strong written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Implement and champion Agile testing methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular sprint planning and retrospective meetings to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
- Identify and report defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues quickly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their application to the QA process.
- Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum is a plus.
