As an English language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds.ResponsibilitiesMain ObjectivesPrepare lesson plans and deliver effective trainingBe prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners' needsAssess language levelsCreate language contentEngage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels highMonitor progress and evaluate learners'; performance throughout the courseApply TransPerfect's teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning stylesTake part in TransPerfect's Language Trainer development plans and additional trainingEducation and ExperienceNative or native proficiency in EnglishBachelor degree or equivalentMinimum of 3 years' experience teaching EnglishPreferred SkillsKnowledge of the corporate business environmentKnowledge of a second languageDetailsLocation: ParisProgram Dates: December 2025Contract: Freelance (The current position is only open to candidates with a valid NDA in France)
