Description de la mission :

Contribuer à la conception, au développement, l’intégration, la qualification, la mise en service, la maintenance et le support du socle PaaS privé (Cloudfoundry) :


- Piloter le projet agile « socle commun »

- Définir et faire partager la vision du produit en étant le lien entre les métiers et les développeurs

- Rédiger des user stories et des spécifications à destination de l’équipe technique

- Suivre et prioriser le backlog

- Piloter et/ou participer à la recette technique et fonctionnelle

- Assurer le déroulement du plan de tests avec les utilisateurs métiers

- Créer des indicateurs permettant de suivre l’avancement et la qualité du projet

- Faire un reporting hebdomadaire de l’avancement du projet

- Participer et/ou animer les meetings agiles du projet

- Partager son expérience avec les autres PO de l’équipe

- Communiquer sur la méthode agile à l’extérieur du projet


Livrables

- Gestion du projet au travers des outils internes (Git, Jira, Confluence…)

- User Stories (via Jira)

- Release Plan

- Cahier de tests et résultats des tests

- Tableaux d’indicateurs de suivi du projet

- Passage de jalons techniques

- Compte-rendu des réunions métiers

- Compte-rendu hebdomadaire de l’avancement du projet

- Partage de connaissance et mise à jour des notes partagées afférentes au projet

- Assistance métiers sur les développements réalisés

- Accompagnement des métiers à la prise en main des développements.


Compétences nécessaires :

o Background technique (Infrastructure Cloud/DevOps)

o Maitrise des méthodes agiles (SCRUM, SaFe, …) et des outils (Jira, …)

o Expérience en tant que product owner sur un projet agile.

o Maitrise des systèmes d’exploitation Linux utilisés sur le projet

o Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies

o Bon relationnel, capacité d’écoute et goût du travail en équipe

o Très bonnes capacité de communication pour rassembler les informations et les partager avec les différents acteurs du projet
