The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and improving infrastructure resilience, managing incidents, and implementing compliance and security standards in an international environment.Responsibilities:Monitor and operate dedicated IT systems for resiliencyMaintain and implement technical evolutions for these systemsManage changes to business applications in relation to security and resiliencyImplement security and compliance standards across infrastructureAutomate remediation and compliance evidence processesStrengthen infrastructure resilience and disaster recovery capabilitiesDocument architecture and operational processesDevelop tools for automation and complianceLead change management for operational entities (including offshore teams)Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service continuityMandatory Skills:Strong of operational compliance, security and resiliency frameworksExpertise in Unix/Linux systems administrationExperience with automation tools and scriptingIncident management (Level 2 and 3)Experience with ITIL best practicesAppreciated Skills:Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environmentsSecurity standards implementation (NIST, CIS Benchmark)Change management experienceDocumentation best practicesEffective communication in French and English
