Poste : Analyse et suivi de la performance des actifs :

* Collecter, traiter et analyser les données financières et opérationnelles des actifs (revenus locatifs, taux d'occupation, CAPEX, PGE),
* Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (TRI, RGI et TD, TOF) et proposer des actions correctives,
* Élaborer des reportings réguliers à destination de la direction ou des investisseurs,
* Établir les bulletins trimestriels,
* Participer à l'élaboration des rapports annuels.

Valorisation et modélisation financière :

* Réaliser des analyses financières et modélisations (DCF, TRI, cash-flows) pour évaluer la rentabilité des actifs,
* Suivre la valorisation des portefeuilles immobiliers,
* Établir des appels d'offres (expert immobilier, dépositaire, CAC).

Accompagnement des stratégies d'arbitrage et d'investissement :

* Réaliser des études de marché et benchmark pour identifier les opportunités d'acquisition ou de cession,
* Contribuer à la rédaction des business plans et mémos d'investissement/cession/financement à destination des comités.

Profil : * Première expérience minimum en asset management, analyse financière ou investissement immobilier,
* Maîtrise de l'anglais (souhaitée),
* Maîtrise des outils d'analyse financière et de modélisation,
* Bonne connaissance du marché immobilier tertiaire,
* Compréhension des enjeux juridiques et fiscaux liés aux actifs immobiliers.
