This is a hybrid position with the client considering both freelance and permanent. Responsibilities Configure NetSuite for French compliance including Plan Comptable Général (PCG), FEC, and TVA reportingHelped manage change from old legacy system to NetSuiteDesign chart of accounts, subsidiary setup, multi-currency functionality, and intercompany processesServe as primary NetSuite administrator managing users, security, and system performanceCreate custom financial reports, dashboards, and saved searches for statutory and management reportingOversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring data integrity and audit complianceIdentify automation opportunities and drive process improvementsExperience5-7 years accounting experience with 2-3 years using NetSuiteProven ERP implementation experience, preferably NetSuiteStrong knowledge of French accounting standards and tax regulationsExperience with NetSuite configuration, customization, and reporting toolsFluent French (native or professional proficiency)Strong English (written and verbal)Technical SkillsAdvanced NetSuite proficiency (GL, AP, AR, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches)Multi-subsidiary and multi-currency managementStrong Excel and data analysis skillsUnderstanding of SuiteFlow and system integrationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or FinanceFrench accounting qualification (DCG, DSCG) preferredNetSuite certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)Please share your CV to oscar.stockton@systemsaccountants.com to be considered for this position.
