**YOUR MISSION**


To manage the High-Risk Recovery (HRR) and Low Volume Recovery (LVR) fleet in France to meet recovery targets and adhere to Zero Harm objectives. Support and extend the Loss Prevention program in the region and re-enforce Legal Title.


** YOUR GOALS **


Overall Strategy


  • Capabilities needed to maintain HRR recovery and LVR fleet in the most optimised way.
  • Work with Central & local teams to implement HRR and LVR Strategy to include drop-off points, suppliers, vehicle types & alternative collection processes outside the CHEP norm for BlueCode recovery.
  • Execute the plan of where to focus for maximum effect on our HRR and LVR fleet & coverage.

Support Loss Prevention, SRL & local field teams to ensure HRR and LVR recovery fleet is effectively utilised.


Engagement and Training


  • Ensure availability of training and briefing information for HRR and LVR recovery fleet, in all areas.
  • Upskill drivers and training based on rollout of automatic planning to ensure effectiveness of recovery
  • Participate in EU Loss Prevention & Field Service Council.



Process Management


  • Maintain standard key indicators for HRR and LVR recovery fleet to include compliance & vendor management.
  • Execute clear guidelines & responsibilities with local logistics teams to include regular review.

  • Review and execute compliance indicators to ensure fleet is optimised.



** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**


  • Relevant Asset Team, Logistics and or supervisor qualification,
  • Preferred CHEP Field experience
  • Process Management and KPIs
  • Change Management
  • Excellent inductive, verbal, and numerical reasoning skills
  • Knowledge of Logistics procedures, Industrial security, occupational safety & health, and environmental procedures.
  • Resilience, Assertiveness, Able to handle responsibility and Great interpersonal skills
