About The Role
About this opportunity
Assisting the delivery of Project Management service for real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments in France.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Project / Programme Managers in delivering high quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet customer requirements
- Participating in delivery of high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures
- Support the project implementation
- Administering contracts as contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager
- Producing and presenting to customers
- Support the preparation of bids for services
- Ensuring that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue, including maintaining evidence of independent checks
- Remaining in the remit of your role

About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- 2-7 years of experience in construction projects in France (real estate / buildings)
- Experience of work as a Project Manager, ideally owner representative side (AMO).
- Understanding of the tools and techniques applied to project management.
- Initial knowledge of construction procurement methods, including tendering, contracting strategies, specification and acquisition.
- Understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
- Knowledge of health and safety basics applied to the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in French and English
- Based in Paris with possibly some travel.
Qualifications
- Bac+2 or equivalent - Building Engineering, Architecture or similar
- Engineering School or BTS, DUT or Technical Professional License
