This role is key to aligning data assets with business needs and ensuring their effective integration and usage across our systems and services.Reporting to the Data Domain Owner, you will be responsible for designing and enforcing data governance policies, coordinating cross-entity harmonization efforts, and improving data quality across the customer lifecycle.OBJECTIVE / ACTIVITIES AND EXPECTED DELIVERABLESDesign and maintain the customer data model and associated documentation (UML, conceptual/physical models)Drive the implementation of data governance processes, including ownership models and stewardship responsibilitiesFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to align business requirements with data structuresDefine, update and monitor data quality KPIs, support cleansing and remediation initiativesCollaborate and assist data engineers and architects to define integration strategies and transformation rulesLead the design and maintenance of data catalogues and dictionariesSupport data migration and referential projects impacting the customer domainPROFILE & SKILLSMain Skills:Minimum 4 years of experience in data governance, MDM, or data modeling (within a decentralized company will be a plus)Strong knowledge of data lifecycle, quality management and governance frameworksProficiency in SQL, UML modeling, and experience with MDM tools (e.g., Collibra, Semarchy)Strong analytical skills is a must haveFamiliarity with Python or R for data processing support or automationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English and experience in multicultural environmentsOther Skills / Desired: Experience with BI tools and data platforms (Microstrategy, Power BI, Dremio)Version control and documentation tools (e.g., GitHub, Gitlab, Confluence)Exposure to customer data systems (CRM, marketing platforms)Why join us ?By joining Geopost, you become part of a dynamic international groupYou will have the opportunity to take on a role with real responsibilities, benefit from close managerial support, while enjoying a high level of autonomy in your day-to-day work.Your skills, career aspirations, and the guidance of your manager will open up future development opportunities within Geopost, depending on available openings.As a company committed to inclusion, we are proud signatories of the Diversity Charter and the 50+ Charter, reflecting our strong commitment to equal opportunities and the integration of talent across all generations.
