Title: Senior QA Engineer Location: Labège, France(Hybrid mode Onsite)Job Type: ContractKey ResponsibilitiesDefine the QA Strategy: Design and drive the quality vision for the platform. Determine the optimal balance between manual and automated testing using a risk-based approach.Drive Test Automation: Build, maintain, and scale our automation framework (UI, API, performance). Make key technical decisions to ensure efficiency and scalability.Investigate & Troubleshoot: Lead deep-dive investigations into complex issues, collaborating with developers to identify root causes.Champion a Quality Culture: Act as the go-to quality expert within the development teams. Share best practices and mentor other engineers on effective testing strategies.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level).Experience: 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a proven track record in a lead or senior-level role. SaaS or enterprise software (ERP, CRM…) experience.Technical Expertise: Mastery of one or more automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Proficiency in JavaScript or Python is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git, etc.).QA Mindset: A keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and a proactive approach to anticipating issues before they arise.Skills & Languages: Fluent English is a must.
