Artefact est un cabinet de conseil en data nouvelle génération qui compte plus de 1 200 collaborateurs dans 19 pays, dédiés à l'accompagnement et à la transformation de nos clients par la data. Parmi elles, on compte des projets qui utilisent l'Intelligence Artificielle pour automatiser des processus internes, optimiser les étapes d'une supplychain, ou encore allant jusqu'à la création d'expériences consommateurs innovantes et personnalisées.

La performance de nos services data s'appuie sur une réelle expertise technologique en Intelligence Artificielle et des compétences métiers acquises auprès de plus de 1000 clients dans le monde, tels que AccorHotels, Orange, Carrefour, Engie, Emirates, Deutsche Telekom, Monoprix.

Pour accompagner cette croissance, notre département Consulting est à la recherche d'un Junior Software Engineer.

Qu'est-ce qu'un Junior Software Engineer chez Artefact ?

En tant que Software Engineer chez Artefact, vous travaillerez sur tous les aspects de l'ingénierie des données au sein d'équipes clients multidisciplinaires.

Nous vous fournirons une base de connaissances qui vous permettra d'évoluer sereinement.

Vous travaillerez dans divers secteurs (par exemple, la vente au détail, le luxe, les télécommunications, les soins de santé), ce qui implique :
  • Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe agile composée d'experts techniques, mais aussi de consultants non techniques, qui s'occuperont de la partie gestion de projet.
  • Vous allez travaillerez et déploierez vos modèles sur le cloud (GCP, AWS ou Azure).
  • Vous utiliserez Python et SQL pour créer des applications et transformer les données.
  • Vous appliquerez les principes DevOps : automatisation des tests et des déploiements dans le cloud avec des pipelines CI/CD et infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), empaquetage des applications dans des conteneurs (Docker), mise en œuvre de facilitateurs pour l'observabilité des données (DBT).
  • Vous développerez une ou plusieurs des expertises techniques suivantes : Développement logiciel, ingénierie analytique, ingénierie ML, architecture cloud, ou ingénierie de sécurité et de fiabilité des sites.
  • Vous serez parfois amené à intervenir sur des missions avec des clients internationaux. Pour travailler sur le bureau de Paris, vous devez donc parfaitement maitriser le français et l'anglais.

Le processus de recrutement : Pour rejoindre Artefact, nous vous proposons un processus de recrutement en quatre étapes :
  • Appel RH
  • Entretien #1 - Test de codage avec un ingénieur logiciel senior
  • Entretien #2 - Test d'architecture et de pipeline avec un ingénieur logiciel senior
  • Entretien #3 - Entretien d'embauche avec le directeur de l'équipe Sofwate Engineer. Chaque entretien est l'occasion de parler de votre expérience et d'en apprendre plus sur Artefact et le poste d'ingénieur logiciel.

Processus d'intégration :

Lorsque vous rejoignez Artefact, nous organisons une semaine d'intégration pour vous donner une vision à 360 degrés de l'entreprise (formation pour vous donner les clés de la culture du conseil , partage d'astuces sur la gestion de projet). Ce temps vous permet de rencontrer d'autres nouveaux arrivants et d'avoir une vision large de l'entreprise.
