In behalf of our client we are recruiting for a SAP SD Lead consultant specialized on the R2R processes.

The work is on-site 5/5 in Paris and you will be leading a big S4/ Hana transformation.


What you'll do:

  • Facilitate discussions and workshops with business stakeholders to examine and document current R2R processes.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and value creation through end-to-end process evaluations.
  • Responsible for ensuring business alignment for solution and data
  • Maintaining and updating essential business documents related to R2R: business process flows, BPML, User Stories.
  • Contribute to Change Management (OCM) by identifying change impacts for the R2R Business
  • Draft Business Process Design documents
  • Assist with data migration mapping.
  • Coordinate and oversee the R2R Track UAT conducted by the Business.
  • Offer R2R insights for the Business Cutover Strategy and the Business Cutover Plan; and aid the Business in their cutover execution
  • Lead the development of a fit-to-standard S/4HANA record to report template, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Create user-friendly templates for supplier integrator teams to facilitate seamless information flow.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of S/4HANA finance processes and functionalities.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, effectively translating business language into technical designs.


You're a great fit if you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial process improvement or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate business process discussions and workshops.
  • Solid comprehension of record to report (R2R) processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA finance functionalities.
  • Native fluency in French
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration or integration projects.
  • Expertise in designing and developing user-friendly templates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly and succinctly.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with financial data analysis tools.
  • Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
