Joining Unlimitail means becoming part of the Retail Media revolution — the marketing lever that is transforming advertising by leveraging data and the digital and physical environments of retailers.With the ambition to become a leader in Europe and Latin America, Unlimitail helps brands deploy powerful Retail Media strategies and supports retailers in developing their own offers through cutting-edge proprietary technology.At Unlimitail, you’ll be joining a fast-growing company at the crossroads of data, technological innovation, and digital marketing — reinventing the way brands and retailers connect with consumers.Role Overview :As part of its expansion and partnerships ecosystem, Unlimitail is looking for a Product Manager – Partner Integration to lead all product and technical integrations with external partners.This role requires strong expertise in integration environments (retail media, adtech, data platforms, APIs, identity systems, etc.) and the ability to manage the full lifecycle of an integration from specification to go-live.You will act as the central point for coordinating external stakeholders first — including partners, vendors, and clients — as well as internal teams (tech, sales, legal, marketing, operations) to ensure predictable, high-quality integrations that deliver value and scale.Your Mission :1. Ownership of Partner IntegrationsLead end-to-end integration projects with external partners: discovery, scoping, specs, delivery, testing, go-live, and post-launch monitoring.Understand partner capabilities, constraints, and technical environments.Translate partner requirements into clear product and technical specifications.2. Technical & Product ScopingDefine integration architectures (APIs, data flows, identity mapping, reporting, activation workflows).Write detailed functional and technical specifications in collaboration with engineering teams.Evaluate feasibility, constraints, and dependencies in close coordination with the Product Owner to secure realistic delivery plans.3. Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate internal contributors: engineering, data, legal, security, sales, marketing, and operations.Serve as the primary interface between Unlimitail and external partners during integration phases.Facilitate alignment across teams and ensure progress is understood and communicated.4. Project Management & Delivery – in coordination with the Product OwnerBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.Organize daily/weekly follow-up with engineering and partner teams.Ensure integrations are delivered on time, with quality and compliance.Manage partner onboarding documentation and maintain knowledge bases.5. Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementEvaluate the performance and reliability of integrations after launch.Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate integration processes.Contribute to long-term partner strategy by proposing enhancements or new capabilities or identifying new potential partners.What we’re looking for :7–10 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Partner Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role.Strong understanding of partner integrations, data flows, APIs, authentication, and ecosystem interoperability.Experience in adtech, retail media, martech, data platforms, or similar environments.Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.Strong communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders.Excellent project management capabilities: planning, structuring, prioritization, risk management.Comfortable interacting with external partners and representing the company in negotiations or technical discussions.Curiosity and market awareness to identify, assess, and test new potential partnersAbility to operate effectively in an international environment Professional English required.What’s in it for you :Work in a fast-paced, international, and innovative environment, at the intersection of data, retail, and media – one of the fastest-growing spaces in digitalA strategic role in a high-growth team with autonomy and impactA dynamic, supportive environment with smart people and bold ambitionsOffice located in the heart of Paris (Sentier district)A flexible remote work policy of 2 days/week90% reimbursement of public transportation10€/day Swile card for each working day, we'll cover 60% of the cost Ready to make a big impact?
