This team is geographically dispersed across our manufacturing sites in 8 European countries. The focus of this role would be to provide application support, development and improvement management in the Plant Maintenance (PM) module of INEOS Inovyn’s SAP environment and related systems with a particular focus towards the key manufacturing assets at Tavaux, France. Ideally the job holder should be proficient in abap programming.Key responsibilities and accountabilitiesProvide functional and configuration expertise in support of SAP ERP and related applications and interfaces in PM module of our two principle SAP ECC6 systems: Contribute to the ongoing system availability, integrity and stability by monitoring, evaluating and resolving issues raised by users in the PM area. Identify and develop opportunities to standardize processes, integrate multiple business/regulatory requirements, and extend information availability within SAP.Support, develop and share best practices within the local organization. Coordinate and actively participate in all stages of project development:Research, design, documentation, configuration, testing, data conversions and implementation/cutover using ASAP methodology.Lead, as well as participate in, System, User Acceptance and Integration testing. Provide scope and direction to other team members (including 3rd party developers) by providing clear and concise requirements as well as coordinating development efforts (e.g. interfaces, custom reports, output changes, etc.) Use experience and knowledge to ensure IT applications meet the business requirements in a timely and cost effective manner, within the budget and resource constraints.Establish Key User networks across the business:Work closely with Key Users to ensure strong coordination of best practice, unified processes and initiativesLeverage the capability and knowledge of Key Users to recommend and develop value creating ERP and related applications solutions, as well as to assist change management.Lead training on the relevant Industrial modules:Cross-train others and self on additional SAP modules as directed in order to provide back-up support of assigned areas of responsibilities.Assist with SAP user training development, documentation and delivery.Ensure that reporting and management information requirements are being met by the appropriate systems through a process of user education and report development.Key skills and knowledge requiredBusiness Language: English.
