NetSuite Project Manager - EU
Job Description:
The role is dedicated to managing ERP implementations, optimizations, rollouts, and support Cloud Business Applications platform.
They will translate the project charter and proposals into Project Plans and actionable items throughout the engagement life-cycle will also play an active role in the identification and creation of all necessary governance and reporting/cadence documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with client stakeholders, Project Managers and internal team members and ensure that new or existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface issues/concerns are understood, documented, and addressed satisfactorily.
Works closely with business partners on providing solutions that require managed timelines.
Prepare / Oversee summarized documentation of developed programs and processes.
Ensure team members follow established standards.
Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality.
Prepares estimates for complex projects to provide management with information needed to accurately forecast project delivery dates.
Ability to manage multiple clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Has 10+ years of experience in managing implementation and optimizations of SaaS ERP for global organizations (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM coverage).
Familiarity with standard process for establishing and managing established Service Level Agreements.
PMP certification or equivalent is a big plus.
Familiar with Implementation Methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum fall)
Experienced in multi-site and multi-country, end-to-end implementations of NetSuite, Oracle Fusion or similar ERP.
Experience in establishing and maintaining project repository and artifacts (Wiki/JIRA/xRay)
Strong ability to balance multiple responsibilities and take initiative.
Ability to perform in a fast paced and highly interactive team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem solving skills.
